Our standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out is by 10am. We can offer you a complimentary late check-out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Late checkout must be requested before your arrival by contacting Bright Velo. Due to demand and housekeeping pressures, late check-outs will be granted during December and January.

Bright Velo is self check-in, allowing guests the freedom to check-in to their suite at their leisure. Guests will receive a text message on the morning of their arrival detailing check-in information, including a Door Code for room access, room number and how to find the room. There is generally one of our friendly accommodation team available between 11am and 5pm.

A minimum stay period applies to all bookings in peak periods.

All accommodation and facilities are non-smoking.

Luxury bath sheets and bedding, including sheets/doonas, pillows and pillowcases are provided to all beds. We do not have cots, highchairs or foldaway beds available. Please contact Alpine Concierge on 0439389902 or www.alpineconciergebright.com.au for all your baby needs.

A 50% deposit is required upon making a booking with the full balance payable on the day of arrival. Automatic deduction for final balance payment - Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the debit/credit card provided at the time of placing the initial booking. For all bookings within 7 days of the stay date, all fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Pets - we love pets, but our venue is not pet-friendly. This is an all year round policy.

There is strictly no cooking in any rooms, except for Room 69 Merckx three-bedroom apartment. Microwaves and kettles are supplied in some rooms. BBQ’s, butane or gas stoves ARE NOT to be used in any rooms. Any expenses incurred by Bright Velo for any damage, or additional cleaning because the guest failed to maintain reasonable standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene, will be payable by the guest. The amount charged is at the discretion of management.

Bright Velo reserves the right to hold credit card details on file as security for any damages, additional cleaning and any extra charges that may be incurred during your stay. Card details will be securely kept for 14 days after departure and additional charges will be charged to the card within that time frame if needed. After 14 days the card details will be deleted from our secure system.

Secure bike storage - located on-site in the Mystic Wing, your Door Code will give you access to the room. Please do not prop the door open.

Laundry facilities - we have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board on site for all guests to use. It is free of charge.
Cancellation Policy

For cancellations 30 days or more from the arrival date any deposit or payment which you have paid will be refunded.

For cancellations within 14 days from the arrival date any deposit or payment which you have paid will be applied as a credit to use at a later date (within 6 months).

A reduction in the length of stay once a booking has commenced, will not be refunded.

No shows – no refund.
Please note: If your booking was made via a third-party website such as Expedia, Airbnb, or Booking.com, their cancellation policy will apply and the above will be overwritten.
