Bernard ‘The Badger’ Hinault dominated cycling in the late 70’s & 80’s and was often famed as the most talented rider in history. His towering personality and brusque charisma bestrode the sport for almost a decade and the Frenchman’s dramatic victories and glorious comebacks are the stuff of sporting legend.
