The ethos that drives the drink and dining experiences at Bright Velo,
is one of sophisticated simplicity. Supportive of local makers and produces
- inspired by European cycle destinations. Producing dishes and menus that
are satisfying, thoughtful and deeply memorable.

Empire Dining; the bustling, vibrant, hub and hive
of activity central to our hospitality, fully equipped
with an open plan kitchen and bar. Open all day and night serving free-range gooey eggs for breakfast
and traditional 'gastro' pub food for lunch and dinner.
Cold brewery fresh beer always on tap and
local wines served by the glass.

With a sympathetic focus on supporting the local food
and beverage artisans. A retail space during the day, transcending into a dimly lit, dark and moody
'Old World European' wine bar at night - serving local
and imported meat and cheese boards.

The cafe will act as focal point, drawing patrons in and
around from both Wills & Cobden Street, enticing you to enter the village and introduce you to the Service Course. A place to meet and design the days cycling adventure with your peloton over a coffee or two.
